All prices are subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee the future availability of any particular photograph or format.

SALES TAX

We are required to collect 9.75% California sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Customers in other states are responsible for complying with their local state tax laws.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as forms of credit card payment.

RETURN POLICY

We don't accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. There is no exception for the small, open editions. However, if you have purchased a large, limited edition and something has gone awry, let us know. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we'll have to try and fix it. Please note, however, that any "fixes" are offered at our discretion.

If your print arrives damaged or has a flaw, please email us immediately with a snapshot of the print so that the problem is visible.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Animal Print Shop respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address. CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Our secured socket layer (SSL) uses the latest, industry-standard encryption technology to help protect your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) from getting into the wrong hands, and to minimize the possibility that this information could be intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. LIMITED PURCHASES

We only allow customers to purchase a maximum of 2 of the same limited edition prints. We do this because there is a limited number of prints available and we don't want to deny other customers an opportunity to buy prints. While there is no limit on the amount of small, open editions, we may choose to limit the number of copies sold to an individual customer. If we do, we'll let you know when we receive your order.

SOLD OUT EDITIONS

Once an edition sells out, it is closed forever and will no longer be available.
