Shipping inquiries

If you're looking for assistance in tracking your shipment or a date of arrival, please click on the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email (it's a live link) and/or call 1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777).

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your junk folder. Please also be sure to read about processing and shipping times here as your order could still be processing.
